Tip Of The Week

Color Coding

I bought a package of colored fine tip Sharpies and use them to color code everything in my planner. I use a different color for development office mailings I create, convent events, public awareness newsletters, ad deadlines, civic events and meetings, vocation mailings, etc. This helps me to prioritize and be more aware of my overlapping timelines. I try to use similar colors for each office I work with (development is different shades of green, etc.)
