Nurse back from Haiti mission

When Haiti was devastated by a catastrophic earthquake in January, Sister Valorie Lordi of the Sisters of St. Dominic of Sparkill, felt an immediate need to help.

"I was compelled to go," says Lordi. "I'm a nurse and I've done missionary work all around the world. I couldn't ignore the drive to be there."
