2010 Silent Auction

How to donate 

To participate, please send a digital photo of the item(s) you are donating, along with a dollar estimate of its value, suggested bid increments, and a brief description, to Christine Cox ccox@sisofprov.org no later than Wednesday, September 1.

How to get your item to the auction

If you can bring the item(s) with you, great! If you are shipping your donation, it MUST arrive at the hotel no later than Monday, Sept. 20.

Shipping the item to the auction

If you are attending the conference: Ship your item(s) to YOUR OWN ATTENTION at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, 7800 East Tufts Ave., Denver, CO 80237 with the annotation “Hold for Guest Arrival” on __________ (your arrival date at the hotel). Items must arrive no earlier than three (3) days prior to your arrival at the hotel, and, again, items MUST arrive no later than Monday, Sept. 20 to be included in the silent auction. (Please note that the hotel charges $5 per box for items shipped to the hotel. Guests may pick up their items at the front desk when they arrive at the hotel.)

Not able to attend this year’s conference? Don’t let that stop you from participating in the auction! Your donation(s) are still needed and very much appreciated. So do not feel left out if you cannot be with us in Denver — making a donation is one way of letting us know you are with us in spirit.

If you are unable to attend the conference, but will be donating an item and shipping it to the hotel, please follow the instructions below:

• Ship to NCNWR Conference -- Silent Auction, Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, 7800 East Tufts Ave., Denver, CO 80237
• Items MUST arrive no earlier than Friday, Sept. 17, and items MUST arrive no later than Monday, Sept. 20 to be included in the silent auction

Shipping the item to the winning bidder 

If you are supplying a photo, description, brochure, etc., rather than the actual auction item(s), be sure to have the photo or brochure with you and ready to be displayed when you arrive at the conference. Remember: If your actual donation is not available AT the conference for the successful bidder(s) to take home, your donation to the auction includes shipping the item(s) to the successful bidder(s) after the conference.
